Requesting our Services
Our services can be requested by
- a direct request from the client or a family member
- a client’s general practitioner or specialist
- a client’s treating clinic or hospital
We will first consult with your medical practitioner to ensure appropriate co-ordination of care, and then meet with you at our office or in your home. We will then discuss a suitable care plan in consultation with yourselves.
